📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Utilize financial software such as SAP or Oracle to manage and track assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and recovery rates.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improving collection efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or debt collection.
