🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in using innovation management tools and software, such as MindManager, Lucidchart, and Miro.
• Certification in innovation management or strategic planning is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
