📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
