📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement branch strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, providing feedback and guidance to ensure team productivity and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
