PT Widya Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering a unique blend of office and on-site responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Manage and train staff to uphold the restaurant's standards and policies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
