📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect incoming fresh produce for quality, freshness, and damage
• Sort and grade fresh produce according to quality standards
• Package fresh produce in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the packing house
• Record and report on quality control data and trends
• Assist in the loading and unloading of fresh produce from trucks and other vehicles
• Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and timely processing of fresh produce
• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the fresh produce industry
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures for fresh produce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with the use of quality control software and tools, such as SAP or similar systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift or other heavy machinery, if required
