PT Harapan Property is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are assigned and returned on time.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Participate in regular meetings and team activities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
