Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity,Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity,Supervising and evaluating employee performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and cost-effectiveness,Communicating effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment,Participating in team meetings and providing feedback and support as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
