Nest Port Jaya is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Store Admin to join our team in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and activities.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operations.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
