📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar).Markdown and XML.API documentation experience.SEO best practices for technical content.Project management tools (e.g.JiraTrelloor similar).
