Crystal Direct Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during employee interactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
