PT Balance Business Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General HR Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department and supporting the overall business goals of the company.

As the General HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General HR Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Mandarin and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
