In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
