📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Ensure data security and backup procedures,Monitor system performance and make improvements,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Conduct regular system audits and updates,Manage and maintain IT documentation,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux,Experience with IT security best practices,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian
