📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit projects from initiation to completion.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure the effective communication of audit findings and recommendations.,Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
