📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.,Coordinate patient care plans, ensuring that all patients receive the appropriate level of care and attention.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure the nursing department is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, PALS, BLS).,Strong knowledge of hospital regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
