📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of dental professionals and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.,Ensure high standards of patient care and hygiene, and maintain compliance with dental regulations and protocols.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments within the clinic to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the dental industry, preferably in a clinic setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the dental industry.
