📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service in Mandarin to clients from China.
• Handle live chat inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
