• Operate and maintain lathe machines to produce precise metal parts for household cleaning products.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts by following strict quality control procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lathe machines to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities for record-keeping and analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manual Lathe Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining lathe machines, including CNC lathes.
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid CNC Lathe Operator certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug test.
