📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Physics and Chemistry to high school students.
• Create personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to track student progress.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Desmos, GeoGebra, and PhET simulations to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with students, parents, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to students both in and outside of lesson times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in high school.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013) for Physics and Chemistry.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
