📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote team in Lebak, Banten.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to drive business objectives.,Provide leadership and support to team members.,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.,Participate in training and development activities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
