📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and sales techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
