📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract top talent for our clients' needs.
  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to understand candidates' skills and fit.
  • Present candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment needs.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your talent pool.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
