📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
