📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and market share.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promotional activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional activities align with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Create and manage promotional materials, including displays, point-of-purchase materials, and digital content.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.,Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to showcase products and engage with customers.,Provide training and support to sales teams on promotional activities and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail sales and marketing principles.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
