📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
