📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and check-ins.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
