📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and control the company's budget and financial planning.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction industry financial practices and regulations.
