PT MASINDO TEKNIK INDONESIA is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor Civil to join our team in Sungai Ambawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our palm oil industry projects.
As a Supervisor Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance activities of our civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects.Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Managing and supervising a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.Ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to.Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the palm oil industry.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
