📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our in-house system.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Promote club amenities, classes, and special events to members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
