📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely collection of receivables
• Manage a team of AR staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement and maintain efficient AR processes, including credit policies, collections strategies, and dispute resolution procedures
• Monitor and analyze AR performance metrics, such as days sales outstanding (DSO), collection rates, and delinquency trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and credit managers to resolve issues and improve collections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to drive revenue growth and optimize cash flow
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to accounts receivable
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in accounts receivable management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a proven track record of managing AR operations and driving collections
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and AR systems
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in Accounts Receivable (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus
