📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records for manufacturing and inventory operations.
• Analyzing cost data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to manage financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or inventory control environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is a plus.
