📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop advanced mechanical components and systems for automation and factory improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative mechanical solutions.
- Utilize industry-leading software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA for design and modeling.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in design and development activities.
- Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficient in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA for design and modeling.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
