📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our in-house system.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Promote club amenities, classes, and special events to members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
